All this week I am taking a much needed vacation from work. It is only Wednesday morning and I’m already feeling the rejuvenating effects. Instead of waking up at 4:45 in the morning, I am sleeping in until 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. I get to take my sweet time at the gym; I hate feeling rushed while I lift weighs because I still need to run for 60 minutes, shower, get dressed and drive myself to work all before 8:00 a.m.
Besides sleeping in this week, I get to tackle many projects I have been putting on the back burner, like updating my iPod and putting together my running scrapbook. I bought some supplies for it yesterday and I’m picking up my pictures and any additional supplies I may need today. My running scrapbook is something I have been meaning to start for a while and I am so excited to finally get the ball rolling on this.
